am quickly becoming a fan/stalker of the work of giambattista valli, s/s 12/13 being no exception.
ps so far ( a whole 7 shows in), havent seen alot of colour for next summer. perhaps a backlash against the last jewels/pastels/neons seen last year?)

trend of the week – casual accessories with formal wear.
the cropped blazer adorned many a starlet on the red carpet last year, and this year it seems we will be wearing knits with our evening frocks.
this i can live with, but when models start waltzing down catwalks in gowns and baseball caps, or even worse, visors [shudder], i will be inconsolable.
